JCC conference on banking in Russia's regions
JCC in cooperation with the Association of Regional Banks of Russia (ASROS) organized a two-day mission. April 24 and 25, 2014 to Switzerland. The group consisted of 28 top bankers from different regions of Russia including Tatarstan, Tyumen, Ekaterinburg , Kuban, Samara and Kaliningrad, as well as all-Russian banks. The delegation, led by Anatoli Aksakov, President of Regional Banks of Russia (ASROS) included Alexander Murychev, Executive Vice-President of RSPP (Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs), Chairman of the Board, Association of Regional Banks of Russia and Mikhail Kovrigin, Head, Systemically Important Banks Supervision Department, Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The program centrepiece was the conference on “Banking in Russia's Regions: Opportunities for Cooperation Between Swiss Banks and Russian Regional Banks” that took place on April 24, 2014 at the SIX Convention Point, site of Switzerland’s stock exchange, in Zurich. On April 25, JCC organized a visit to Falcon Private Bank in Zurich and an excursion to a high-security gold and data repository in canton Bern.
